Paint tools [actions, brushes, presets, painting, code, ui]
- Add actions to save and load tool options to predefined tool presets. Gitlab Issue #754
- Brushpipe angle is calculated wrong [verify the angle behaviour and precision on .gih Gitlab Issue #631 (Check it).
